We primarily offer the Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) for tourism and specific business activities, as well as the Online Visitor Visa for longer stays or other purposes. Details on each visa type can be found on our Indonesia Visa page and during the application process.

You can apply for an Indonesia visa through our online application form. Simply fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents (such as a passport scan and a photograph), and submit your application for review and processing.

General requirements include a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining, a digital passport-sized photograph, and a completed application form. The processing time for an Indonesia e-VOA can vary, but it is typically completed within 2-3 business days after we receive a complete and accurate application. We recommend applying well in advance of your intended travel date.

The standard Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) for tourism generally allows for a stay of up to 30 days in Indonesia. Some e-VOAs may be extendable once for an additional 30 days while you are in Indonesia. Please check the specifics of your visa upon approval.

The cost of an Indonesia visa depends on the type of visa and your nationality. Our service fees are clearly listed on our Online Application page. Please note that there may also be government fees associated with your visa application.

Some types of visas, such as certain Electronic Visas on Arrival and the Visitor Visa, may be eligible for extension while you are in Indonesia. Extensions are subject to government regulations and must be applied for through the local immigration office before your current visa expires. Please refer to the specific terms of your visa.

Visa application decisions are made by the Government of Indonesia. If your application is rejected, we will notify you of the decision. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific reasons for the rejection as this information is typically provided by the government. Application fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
